This is what he wrote:
Why don't you just shut up and check your facts first? The multiple pings was a technical error on the part of the WordPress system, we do not have any intention of spamming PPS and we have had a clean track record when pinging to PPS in the past. Then repair it dude. A bug is not an excuse to spam. Plus, you are not the only one using WordPress and other people don't spam PPS. Else, don't use it. Have respect for other PPS users.
So next time, do your research before referring us to a "splog", asshole.

And it is funny how he said this:
..I have certainly always obeyed PPS 7-minute rule, with the exception of the multiple pings that WordPress sometimes causes — a technical issue totally beyond my control. It happens to almost every WordPress user that I know and nobody has complained about the “spam” — until this moron pounced on the issue when it happened to me because he did not like the subject matter in question.Oh really?
How about this:
Oh, it is a bug."Always respect the 7-minute rule" but yet keeps violating it. How about a fatwa on lying?
Finally, he is offended what I called his blog as slog. Well, Google thinks so when they demote you on their PageRank!

I can use whatever word I want, cesspool. Who are you to tell me what to say and what not to say? As for the bug in question, it happens to almost EVERY WordPress user who pings to PPS. Its not something which one is able to fix since the problem is on the PPS side. So again, the earlier advice still stands.
Morons like you should be wiped off the face of PPS.

Then DISABLE it. The flaw in the script is NOT an excuse to spam. RESPECT other user.
And heh, may your god bless you despite all the swear word you use, and the spamming too!
